Epicanthoplasty — epicanthus skin fold removal from inner eye corner to elongate palpebral fissure and "Europeanize" Asian eyelids. Canthoplasty — outer eye corner reconstruction changing canthus shape/position for "cat eye" effect. Canthopexy — outer eyelid corner lift fixated to periosteum eliminating ptosis and "sad eyes".
